From Newark Airport - Take New Jersey Turnpike North following signs for George Washington Bridge. Take Turnpike exit 16 W (Meadowlands Sports Complex) and take Route # 3 West approximately five miles to Passaic Avenue ( Route # 7) turnoff. Make left at bottom of exit ramp and proceed straight approximately 3/4 mile to end of road. At Kingsland Street, make right turn and continue 1/4 mile to Main Gate of Roche on right side of Kingsland Street.

* From Parkway South - Take exit 153 (Route # 3 East). Continue approximately one mile to Roche complex and gate on right side of Route # 3.

* From Parkway North - Take exit 153 (Route # 3 East) and continue one mile to Roche complex and gate on right side of Route # 3.

* From LaGuardia Airport - Take Grand Central Parkway west to Tri Borough Bridge. Proceed towards the Bronx bearing left over bridge to Major Deegan Expressway (Route # 87). Continue approximately two miles past Yankee Stadium to George Washington Bridge ramp on right side of expressway. Take Bridge west to Interstate 95 to New Jersey Turnpike. Continue to exit 16 W (Route # 3 West). Drive approximately five miles to Passaic Avenue (Route # 7) turnoff. Make left at bottom of exit ramp and proceed approximately 3/4 mile to end of road. At Kingsland Street, make right turn and continue 1/4 mile to Main Gate of Roche on right side to Kingsland Street.

* Alternate from LaGuardia via GW Bridge - Take interstate 80 west to Garden State Parkway South to exit 153 (Route # 3 East). Continue approximately one mile to Roche complex and gate on right side of Route # 3.

* From Tappan Zee Bridge - Take Route 87-287 West to Garden State Parkway South. Proceed South to exit 153 (Route # 3 East). Continue approximately one mile to Roche complex and gate on right side of Route # 3.

* From John F. Kennedy Airport - Take Van Wyck Expressway out of airport to Grand Central Parkway, westbound. Proceed to Tri Borough Bridge and continue towards the Bronx bearing left over the bridge to Major Deegan Expressway (Route # 87). Continue approximately two miles past Yankee Stadium to George Washington Bridge ramp on right side of expressway. Take Bridge west to Interstate 95 South to New Jersey Turnpike. Continue to exit 16 W (Route # 3 West). Drive approximately five miles to Passaic Avenue (Route # 7) turnoff. Make left at bottom of exit ramp and proceed approximately 3/4 mile to end of road. At Kingsland Street, make right and continue 1/4 mile to Main Gate of Roche on right side of Kingsland Street.

* Alternate from JFK via GW Bridge - Take Interstate 80 West to Garden State Parkway South to exit 153 (Route # 3 East). Continue approximately one mile to Roche complex and gate on right side of Route # 3.

* From NYC - After leaving west side of Manhattan via Lincoln Tunnel, proceed approximately 10 miles west on Route # 3 to Passaic Avenue exit (Route # 7). Make left at bottom of exit ramp and continue straight 3/4 mile to end of road. At Kingsland Street, make right turn and continue 1/4 mile to Main Gate of Roche on right side of Kingsland Street
