On Saturday Sept. 6, 2008, (rain
date:Sept. 27) the City of Linden
NJ Cultural Committee will host
their Inaugural Street Fair. The
event is open from 11AM-7PM.

On this day North Wood Avenue
will be turned into a giant block
party. You’Äôll enjoy shopping
at the many local businesses and
street vendor booths selling all
kinds of unique items at great prices, too! The children will have fun on the kiddie rides, pony
rides and petting zoo.

Be sure to come hungry...we have
lots of delicious foods. You'll find everything from hot dogs, pulled
pork and sausage sandwiches,
shish-k-bobs, pizza, zeppoles, ice
cream, butterfly fries, cotton candy
and so much more.

WAIT...there’Äôs more! There will
be classic cars and cycles on
display by City Hall. Trophies will
be awarded to the best in their class.

Throughout the day there will be
live music playing at the Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade,located opposite City Hall. The main
attraction begins at 7:30 PM with
a free live concert ........
