The undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the above named show and encloses payment herein. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless J C Promotions, Inc.(co-producers) their members, officers, employees, agents and representatives, the New Providence Business and Professional Association (sponsors of event and their agents), the Borough of New Providence, NJ (venue) and their employees and representatives for any personal injury, property loss or damages of any nature suffered by any person as a result of the operation of the above mentioned or the exhibitors. Agrees to read and be responsible to comply with all the rules and regulations in the event summary enclosed/or attached with this application. Agrees that termination of this contract by the undersigned or the sponsor allows the sponsor to retain total deposit as liquidation. All shows are held rain or shine, no refunds, credits or transfer given. This agreement applies to all and any future events between J C Promotions, Inc. and the undersigned.
